These eggs come from chickens with a large open yard (it is winter...), and are not cleaned. They have a natural anti-bacterial coating that maintains freshness, and is removed with washing. Not washing also allows us to not have the expense of maintaining a licensed egg processing facility and provide you with the freshest eggs! (Price per dozen)
