WHY a Meat Subscription?

- Discount for paying 6 or 12 months at a time.
- Convenient –Pick up at farm, reko, or Farmer’s Market (currently River West, Whitefish Bay, Port Washington).
- Full Customizable to include a variety of meats and sausages without having to shop around. (Includes beef and pork from like-minded local farmers if desired, rabbit, turkey and duck "in season")
- One share equals approximately 3 meals per week for 1 person. However, one package may contain more than one meal (EX: 2 chicken breasts or one whole chicken is more than one meal for one person). Examples of one serving: ¼-1/6 whole chicken, ½-1/3 breast, 1 thigh, 2 drumsticks, or 3 wings; ¼-1/3 pound of meat from other species.
- One share is about 5 pounds (EG 4-6 pounds, or 12-13 servings of meat) and occupies about the same freezer space as a gallon of milk
